INCREASED TRAINING RECOMMENDATIONS
PUBLIC COMMENTS INVITED:

The Process Server Review Board (PSRB) has submitted for consideration by the Texas
Supreme Court recommendations to increased training for certified process servers.  
The Court's decision will ultimately affect how much more time and money process
servers will be required to spend to maintain their certifications.  Comments on pending
recommendations can be submitted directly to the Court at any time.  Because it is not
known when the Court might act on the PSRB recommendations, anyone wishing to
comment should act as soon as possible.  Here are links to the PSRB recommendations,
the Court's contact information, and a letter submitted to the Court:
