Direct Results Legal Service is owned and operated by Mr. Tod E. Pendergrass. Mr. Pendergrass has been serving process for nearly 20 years and has effected the service of tens of thousands of papers. He has personally knocked on over 15,000 doors in the central Texas area and remains one of the area's best process servers. Ms. Star Salazar is the administrator and contact point for clients. Together, Tod and Star have built a successful faith based business with thousands of satisfied clients making Direct Results Legal Service what it is today. Mr. Pendergrass is also a retired private investigator and a member in good standing with the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators. He has been a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers since 1996 with a complaint free record. In 2005, he created, and is the current director of, the State's premier process server association, The Certified Civil Process Servers Association of Texas. He also created and maintains the process service watchdog group, Texas Process Watch.
