About Us:
The CCPSAT was created by process servers who are concerned about the industry. These
servers believed licensing was not the only way to achieve the long sought after statewide
authorization. The Supreme Court's certification program is proof of one way that statewide
authorization could be obtained without licensing. The CCPSAT supports the certification
program as originally worded and will only support changes that do not jeopardize process
servers' careers (i.e., the since removed "H" discrepancy.) The CCPSAT understands the
certification program to be a statewide blanket order, not industry regulation. Unfortunately,
the Process Server Review Board has corrupted the program and routinely violates
constitutional rights of process servers just like you and me.
All CCPSAT members are either certified by the Texas Supreme Court or meet certain criteria
in accordance with the existing laws that govern the service of civil court process. None of
the officers/directors of the CCPSAT have been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor
involving moral turpitude.
Mission Statement
Process servers are listed by city. Out of state members can be found on our Supporting
Members page. There you can find other services like process service computer operations
and e-forwarding programs.

Please visit our companion site, Texas Process Watch, where you can find news, alerts,
legislative updates, and other important industry information. New to the industry or never
been active? The news articles on Texas Process Watch will bring you up to speed. Becoming
educated on the issues will give you the knowledge and courage to stand up to those who
would try and trick you our of your money. At CCPSAT, we care about your career as a process
server because we are also process servers who care about our own. That is why membership
is free. With a unified voice and coordinated actions through TPW, there is nothing we can't do
for free that the special-interest, pro-regulators can do by wasting thousands of dollars.
Sincerely, Tod Pendergrass, Director, CCPSAT
