GET MULTIPLE LISTINGS FOR FREE:
Have everyone in your office join as an individual member.  Use all the same company
information but have each additional person designate a different city.  For example, if
you office in Dallas, have another person in your office designate Irving, etc.  This gives
both you and the association more coverage.

Membership in CCPSAT is free.  Please encourage other process servers, clients or
other business associates to join.

Eligibility Requirements:

To become a member of CCPSAT as a private process server you must:

1.  Be at least 18 years of age, not a party to or interested in the outcome of any suit in
which you intend to serve civil process, and commit to serve all process in accordance
with the law, OR

2.  Provide your Texas Supreme Court Certification Number with your application and
commit to serve all process in accordance with the law.

IMPORTANT:  Membership in CCPSAT does not confer authority to serve process
pursuant to the Texas Supreme Court Certification program.  Certification is optional.  To
become certified by the Texas Supreme Court, please visit the Supreme Court's website
at www.supreme.courts.state.tx.us for instructions and an application form.  Non-certified
process servers can serve 100% of all process pursuant to existing rules.  Please make
sure you understand these rules before serving any process.  Anyone can take a
process service training class at anytime by visiting the Texas Process Watch training
class page.

Private Investigators must supply their license number above if advertising P.I. services.

Anyone may join as a supporting member.

IMMEDIATE GOALS:

  • Protect the statewide authority certification provides & oppose further government intervention.
  • Oppose the goal of a yearly training requirement currently being pursued by leaders of the Texas
    Process Servers Association (TPSA).
  • Petition the Texas Supreme Court to allow on-line training over the internet every three years as is
    the current standard.  The TPSA leadership has failed to make this recommendation.  On-line
    training threatens to reduce the income from their $95.00 training class which requires
    attendance in person.
