Mission Statement
Oppose the pro-regulation special interest groups who want to make
training a yearly requirement.

Protect the authority to serve process on a statewide level as provided
by the Texas Supreme Court’s certification program.

Work to keep the certification program a "statewide blanket order" as it
was intended.

Fight against the current attack on the certification program by opposing
rule changes that seek to transform it into a license.

Protect constitutional and other rights of all private process server.

Support the Texas Process Server Review Board only as a rubber stamp
for approving applications.

Oppose rule changes that would give the Texas Process Server Review
Board enforcement authority.

Oppose rule changes that would transform the Texas Process Server
Review Board into a regulatory entity.

Support rule changes that assist the private process service industry.

Support leadership in other associations that promotes positive changes
for the industry.

Purpose to keep its members informed of news and information affecting
the industry.

Work to make training & continuing education available on-line.

Work to keep certification and continuing education as simple and
inexpensive as possible.
