Court will add an “H” to your number. Then you may serve process out of all Texas
Courts.
More classes will be posted here soon. The Court recently authorized all courses for
statewide certification, however, they expect everyone without an "H" to re-take
training. Please [click here] to find out how to submit comments recommending that
the Court immediately grant all certified process servers full statewide authority
WITHOUT having to re-take training.
NOTE: Until recently, Texas Process Watch was the only source promoting these
classes. Without these alternatives, the Houston Young Lawyers Association would
have had a lock on determining who serves Harris County process.
